CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT ALREADY WEARED?
No.
Products accepted are only products that have been tested without having been stripped of their product label and must be returned in their original condition and packaging. (Unused, Unwashed, Unaltered, No Pet Hair)

ARE RETURNS COVERED FREE OF CHARGE?
Yes within 14 days from the date of purchase for an amount greater than 100 euros.
However, our whole philosophy at Wigwam is to choose the best brands for you. Our criteria take into account the environmental impact of each of these brands. Thus almost all are classified B-CORP.
We invite you to also participate in this effort by avoiding massive orders and then returning almost all of the products.
